R Holdings purchases properties "AS-IS" and makes no warranties or representations about:

  • The condition, value, or fitness for any particular purpose of properties we purchase
  • The accuracy of third-party information, appraisals, or valuations
  • Future market conditions or property values
  • Compliance with local zoning, building codes, or regulations

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

12. Dispute Resolution
